Clear information about what the website collects and why.

This page describes how Zyntria Labs Pty Ltd handles personal information that people submit through this website, including general, product, workflow and other enquiries.

It does not describe the separate data-handling arrangements that may apply to a client project. Those arrangements should be agreed for the particular engagement.

The main enquiry form can collect your name, email address, business or organisation, enquiry type and message. The workflow enquiry form can also collect industry, team-size range, a description of the repetitive task, task frequency and the tools involved.

Please do not include confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry. If more detail is needed, Zyntria can discuss an appropriate way to share it.

Zyntria uses submitted details to review and respond to the enquiry, understand the product or workflow context, prevent obvious form abuse and keep an operational record of the conversation where needed.

Submitting the workflow form starts a commercial enquiry. It does not enrol you in a research programme or subscribe you to marketing.

When form delivery is configured, the application sends the form contents through Resend to Zyntria’s configured receiving mailbox. The website host, Resend and the mailbox provider may process the submission and related technical information to operate the website and deliver the enquiry.

Those providers process and retain information under their own service settings and privacy terms. Please avoid including sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

The forms use a honeypot, request-size limits, origin checks and a rate limit. When the deployment proxy can be trusted, a network address may be held in process memory as a rate-limit key. The application is designed not to write names, email addresses, message contents or network addresses into its operational logs.

Operational logs can include a request identifier, endpoint, status, duration and non-identifying error category. A request identifier may be included in a response so a delivery issue can be investigated without exposing the submitted message in logs.

This site does not currently enable third-party marketing analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural replay. It does not show a marketing cookie banner because those integrations are not in use.

If measurement tools are introduced later, this page and any consent mechanism will be reviewed before they are enabled.

The website application does not store form submissions in a database. Copies may remain in email-delivery systems and the configured receiving mailbox while Zyntria handles the enquiry and maintains any necessary business records.

You may ask Zyntria to access, correct or delete information, subject to any lawful need to retain it.

Zyntria applies technical measures intended to reduce common website and form risks. No internet service or email delivery path can be guaranteed completely secure, and this page does not make that promise.

If you believe information has been handled incorrectly or a website security issue exists, use the contact form with enough detail for Zyntria to respond, without placing additional sensitive information in the message.
